Constantly on the lookout for innovation, and attentive to detail, Trait'Tendance is constantly creating, developing and adapting new culinary concepts.

Quality, simplicity, mobility and authenticity have become essential values, reflecting a more nomadic, more demanding way of consuming, more attentive to people and the environment.

As part of this approach, Trait'Tendance is launching, in spring 2022, a unique culinary offering of Food Corners, inspired by food markets and adaptable to all event projects and budgets.

  • The fruit of long technical and culinary experience

Food Corner by T’T is the culmination of a long process of technical and logistical research. They are also the fruit of many years’ experience in events and gastronomy.

Easy to set up, move around and customize, thanks to their customizable fronts and extensive catalog of accessories, Food Corner by T’T offers a new and evolving culinary experience.

At the crossroads of gastronomy and street food, this new culinary concept brings a modern, fun “food market” touch to business and private events.

 

  • The product at the heart of the experience

The culinary offering at Food Corner by T’T was conceived and developed by our Culinary Design and Creation department. It offers a wide variety of choices, based on three common denominators:

    • quality: we rely on our network of exceptional suppliers to source the best seasonal produce.
    • creativity: our Culinary Design and Creation department imagines, tests and creates original, innovative and surprising culinary workshops… But the product always remains at the heart of the creative process.
    • speed: the ergonomics of Food Corner by T’T optimize preparation time for culinary workshops. It offers real user comfort, for a total culinary experience.

Inspired by today’s mono-product concept, each Food Corner is dedicated to showcasing one dish.

And as the seasons progress, chefs and pastry chefs will be invited to sign ephemeral Food Corners.

  • An innovative, eco-responsible culinary concept

They have been eco-designed to meet strict CSR standards, compatible with eco-responsible events:

    • the buffets are made from natural, recycled and recyclable materials.
    • energy-efficient LED lighting.
    • waste sorting is integrated.

With their green, contemporary aesthetic, directly inspired by Europe’s biggest food markets, Food Corner by T’T is firmly in tune with the times!
